This recognition shines a spotlight on Jarrad’s commitment to building a cleaner, smarter transport future — not just through ambition, but through action.

From day one, Jarrad set out to do things differently. He founded FleetEV to help the UK make the switch to electric vehicles in a way that’s practical, data-led, and grounded in real environmental impact.

The judges summed it up best:

In just a few years, FleetEV has grown from an idea into a thriving business with a national presence, but what really sets us apart is our blend of technology and purpose. Jarrad’s vision was always about more than leasing EVs — it was about building the systems, partnerships, and technology to help entire organisations go electric.

Today, FleetEV is helping businesses and public bodies move away from fossil fuels and embrace low-emission fleets, with tools that make the transition easy and affordable. We’ve also launched PLUG Charging, our infrastructure division that’s rolling out smart, solar-powered and lamp column chargers across the UK.

And with our growing tech platform, we’re making it even easier to access electric vehicles, manage them efficiently, and track the sustainability outcomes that matter.

Powering Public Sector Progress
A huge part of our mission lies in the public sector. From councils and NHS Trusts to emergency services and housing providers, we’ve worked closely with organisations across the UK to:

• Deliver smart EV charging infrastructure
