FleetEV grows the team with two new Sales & Operations apprentices
FleetEV is expanding its sales and operations function with two new appointments. Emily and Willow have joined the business as Sales & Operations Administrator apprentices, adding capacity across our EV Salary Sacrifice, Public Sector, and business leasing operations.
The appointments come as FleetEV continues to scale its offering across Wales and the wider UK, with demand growing across salary sacrifice, public sector procurement, and fleet leasing and contract hire.
The Sales & Operations Administrator role is built to deliver value from day one, working across three core areas of the business:
EV Salary Sacrifice scheme administration, supporting employer and employee accounts through the scheme lifecycle
Public Sector outright purchase support, helping move public sector orders through the process efficiently
EV business leasing and contract hire administration, keeping leasing and contract hire accounts running smoothly
The role carries a strong customer-facing element. Beyond administration, both apprentices will handle outbound customer contact and professional communication, building the sales support and account management skills that drive results for FleetEV's clients and for the business.
The role is aligned to the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship standard, giving FleetEV a structured pipeline for developing operational and sales talent in-house.
The new starters
Emily joins FleetEV having just completed her A Levels at 6th Form and currently awaiting results. Willow joins the business bringing existing customer service and administration experience gained since leaving school.
Both apprentices bring the drive and adaptability FleetEV looks for as it continues to build out its team to match business growth.
Investing in talent
Apprenticeships are a core part of how FleetEV builds capability for the long term, developing skilled operators who understand the business and can grow into it. Emily and Willow's appointments mark the latest step in that investment, and the team is already putting their skills to work across live accounts.
