FleetEV drives the switch to electric at The Maltings Demo Day

With a goal to accelerate electric vehicle (EV) adoption, we recently held a pop-up event outside our office space at The Maltings, Cardiff, showcasing our EV leasing and salary sacrifice solutions.

The FleetEV Demo Day featured the latest models from leading manufacturers, including Tesla, Kia, Renault and MG. Attendees had the opportunity to explore the vehicles up close, while the team debunked common myths about EVs which often create barriers to adoption.

A key focus of the day was our flexible leasing options, which offer individuals, businesses and public sector organisations an easy, cost-effective way to access new and used EVs. With fixed monthly payments and no unexpected costs, leasing through FleetEV provides a stress-free route to cleaner driving.

Another highlight was our salary sacrifice scheme, which eliminates the need for upfront payments and typically includes insurance, maintenance and breakdown cover. From a financial perspective, salary sacrifice schemes provide tax efficiencies for all involved, as employers can take advantage of National Insurance (NI) savings, while employees benefit from reduced income tax and NI contributions.

Utah’s Coffee provided refreshments throughout the day whilst we handed out branded merchandise, giving attendees a relaxed opportunity to meet the FleetEV team and find out more about how we can help facilitate their transition to electric.

The Demo Day was a fantastic opportunity to answer questions, break down common misconceptions and highlight just how accessible EVs can be, especially with solutions like salary sacrifice and leasing.
